Nick believes in fostering an inclusive, encouraging environment where players feel free to take risks, try new things, and support each other. For him, the best feeling in the world is watching a player light up after mastering something they once found difficult.
Outside of coaching, Nick still plays regularly in adult leagues, tournaments, and charity events like Pucks for Autism, and he’s constantly working on improving his own game.
