Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

2025-26 Mite Registration

There is a non-refundable clinic/try-out fee of $250 to cover the costs of the clinics and try-outs. All refunds will be executed by 9/23/25 for any player who withdraws from the Travel Hockey Program before the respective tryout date. Any player who withdraws from the Travel Hockey Program after the first tryout will forfeit half of the deposit and if they have been selected to a team will forfeit 100% of the $1150 Travel minimum and the $250 clinic/try-out fee for a total of $1400. No refunds will be made to any travel player after 9/23/25 If a player does not make a Travel Program team, the player may apply the Travel minimum registration fee of $1150 towards House League Fees. No refunds on uniform packages . House League Program: A $450 Processing Fee will be charged to any player who withdraws from the House League on or before 10/14/24. No refunds will be made to any player who withdraws from the House League after 10/14/25.

25-26 Sqrt-Midget Registration

There is a non-refundable clinic/try-out fee of $250 to cover the costs of the clinics and try-outs. All refunds will be executed by 9/23/25 for any player who withdraws from the Travel Hockey Program before the respective tryout date. Any player who withdraws from the Travel Hockey Program after the first tryout will forfeit half of the deposit and if they have been selected to a team will forfeit 100% of the $1150 Travel minimum and the $250 clinic/try-out fee for a total of $1400. No refunds will be made to any travel player after 9/23/25 If a player does not make a Travel Program team, the player may apply the Travel minimum registration fee of $1150 towards House League Fees. No refunds on uniform packages . Any player that participates in ONLY the CSDHL Major/Minor try-out and does not make the eligible FHA CS team and chooses to not participate in the FHA CSDHL Prospect try-outs shall forfeit $250.00 of the initial $1150.00 payment. This combined with the non-refundable clinic/try-out fee of $250.00 shall equal $500 (This does not apply to Midgets). No refunds will be made to any travel player after 9/23/25 If a player does not make a Travel Program team, the player may apply the Travel minimum registration fee of $1150 towards House League Fees.
