Congratulations RIC Blackhawks - winners of the GLASA Falcons Early Bird Sled Hockey tourney with a 2 to 1 victory over the GLASA Falcons in the Championship game.  The GLASA Falcons were 3 and 0 going into the final game and down one with a minute to play in regulation.  Falcons forced a face off in the offensive zone, took a time out and pulled the goalie.  A valiant effort pursued but the Falcons fell short in the end.  Overall, it was a great experience for the players, volunteers and spectators!
