Falcons Hockey Association

The Squirt Central States (CSDHL) team went 4-0 during round robin play, beating Wheatfield Blades 8-0, New Jersey Colonials 5-3 and Compuware 6-1.  With 24 teams competing in the AAA Elite Division, 8 teams qualified to move into the quarters.  The Falcons secured the number 2 ranking spot and beat the Toronto Young Nationals 2-1 for a semi -final birth.  The Falcons beat the New Jersey Colonials 3-0 in the Semi Finals and faced the Minuteman Flames from Boston, MA in the Championship game.

After regulation, the score was tied 2-2 and remained tied after the first 4 on 4 overtime period.  With 1 minute left in the 2nd OT (3 on 3), the Flames scored to edge the Falcons 3-2.  

Congratulations to the Falcons for a strong showing at the Warrior Tournament!
