Elite Skills Development (ESD) Program

The ESD program has been enhanced this year to include a coached Falcons 3 on 3 League. The League will consist of officiated games once a week, with standings and team stats posted on our website.  New this year, each 3 on 3 team will be coached by one of our Hockey Professionals.  The ESD will provide players with Skills Training, Dryland Training (Squirt/Peewee/Bantam/Midget) and a Falcons 3 on 3 League. To enable our Coaching Professionals to balance the clinics at each level and maximize each player's development, we are holding tryouts to participate.  There will possibly be two tournament teams assembled from the ESD participants.  Each team will participate in one tournament during the spring program.  Tournaments will be an additional cost.  Players should only consider this program if they are interested in trying out for the highest-level Fall travel teams. The program fee is $500 for Squirt/Peewee/Bantam/Midget levels; $470 for Mites.

Elite Skills Development (ESD) Program – Girls U14 & U17

The ESD program has been enhanced this year to include Falcons Girls U14s and U17s. The ESD program will provide players with Skills Training 2x week. To enable our Coaching Professionals to balance the clinics at each level and maximize each player's development, we are holding tryouts to participate.  There will be tournament teams assembled from the ESD participants.  It is anticipated that there will be 2 or 3 tournaments during the spring program.  Tournaments will be an additional cost.  Players should only consider this program if they are interested in trying out for the highest-level Fall travel teams. Tryouts will not be required.  The program fee is $500.
