2011-2012 Registration

2011-2012 Travel/House Registration Information

You will be able to complete the Registration process for all Travel and/or House hockey players in your family for the Falcons 2011-2012 Hockey Season. At the end of the process you will be required to pay a minimum Registration Fee using Visa, MasterCard, Discover or PayPal.

PLEASE NOTE - HOUSE PLAYERS - As teams have already been selected and the season is underway we will be unable to take any more special requests (friend or coach). Thank you for your understanding.

You must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Falcons Registration to signup for the 2011-2012 season.

Step 1: CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your players. Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation codes. Be sure to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number. Also, remember to sign up as an "Ice Hockey Player".
Step 2: Return to this Registration and proceed. On the next page you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.

Additional Player requirements before entering the ice:

All players must visit the Registration table located in the lobby of the ice arena.
Registration Fees must be paid prior to clinics and tryouts.
Additional waivers and release forms must be signed by a parent or guardian.
Helmet Sticker must be applied and Tryout Number assigned.

To complete Registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or PayPal account information available.

Travel Goalie Discount Policy:

Families with a travel goalie in the 2011-2012 Falcons hockey season may be eligible to receive a $500 discount against their paid fees. The discount will be paid in the form of a check from the Falcon Hockey Association on or about December 1, 2011. We do not have the ability to issue credit on credit cards.

House MultiPlayer Discount

If you are registering more than one player in your family this season, you will receive a $250 discount on the Third child's registration fee. In order for the registration system to recognize that your family is registering multiple players, please register all of your players at this time. On the Summary Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your family's players are registered within the same order. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your family's discounted rates.

2011 – ‘12 Falcon House Season - Goalie Discount Policy

Families with a full-time regular goalie in the 2011-2012 Falcon hockey season may be eligible to receive a $250 discount against their paid fees (squirts and above). Discounts will be confirmed for qualifying players at mid-season and distributed at that time in the form of a check from the Falcon Hockey Association. We do not have the ability to issue credit on credit cards.
